These terms govern your use of Contact ASI, operated by The Service Club, LLC, including our websites and the email and text-message programs you can join. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
SMS program terms
Program. The Service Club, LLC (Contact ASI) sends text messages to people who opt in on one of our sign-up forms: updates about our projects and events, replies to your inquiries and appointment reminders.
Opting in. You join by entering your mobile number on a sign-up form and ticking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to rejoin.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy; it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Use of the service
The Contact ASI application is provided to authorised users only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it to send messages to anyone who has not consented to receive them.
Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, The Service Club, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing in our messages is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.
